Licensed Veterinary Technician
Originally a native of Iowa, Kimberly moved to Virginia after graduating from high school. She started her career in the veterinary field in 2000 working at general practice clinics as a veterinary assistant. In 2008, she transitioned to a mixed small animal and exotic species practice. She learned a tremendous amount about all the different exotic pets and how to use her technical skills on even the smallest of creatures. She stayed with this practice for 14 years exploring all the various aspects and opportunities within the veterinary field. In 2017, Kimberly graduated from Blue Ridge Community College and obtained her veterinary technician license. In 2022, she decided to expand her veterinary knowledge even more and joined The Oncology Service. When she's not at work, Kimberly enjoys traveling, dirt track racing, and spending time with her furry and feathered babies.
