Katie joined The Oncology Service team in 2013 shortly after Dr. Waite and Candace, LVT, making her our most tenured veterinary assistant.

Ally entered the world of veterinary medicine in 2012, shortly after high school, as a kennel attendant and receptionist. While working in general practice for several years she worked her way into her current role as a veterinary assistant.

A native of Leesburg, Virginia, Nicki moved to the Richmond area in 2003 and now considers it home.

Heather is a Pennsylvania native who entered the world of veterinary medicine in 2001. She has been a Client Care Specialist with The Oncology Service since 2014. While at work she enjoys managing a busy schedule, learning new things and being a part of a wonderful caring team.

Spencer began their veterinary journey in general practice as a receptionist in 2020. They joined the TOS team mid-2023 as their first dive into specialty medicine and eventually plan to pursue a veterinary technician license.

Jennifer is a Virginia native and relocated from Springfield to the Richmond area several years ago. She began working in veterinary medicine in 1998 at a busy general practice and has over 14 years of oncology experience.

Dr. Heather Wilson-Robles received her DVM from the University of Tennessee in 2003.

Kathleen Tidd is a Pennsylvania native who completed her dual degree undergraduate work at
